Refund policy
I accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Please contact EL@carriagehousejewelry.com with questions regarding returns.
Carriage House Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged in the mail or lost in transit.
I do not refund shipping charges on return items. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise discussed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Carriage House Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged in the mail or lost in transit.
Repairs
Complimentary normal wear and tear repairs for the first year. Please email EL@carriagehousejewelry.com for repair questions.
Carriage House Jewelry is not responsible for repairs and alterations made by other jewelers or damage outside of normal wear and tear.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
